Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. 

Your appointment is very important to Cedar City Skin Clinic & is reserved especially for you. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hour notice. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment receive no charges.

Notification given less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged $30 or half of your service cost, what ever is greater, and you will not be able to reschedule until the due is paid. 

Failure to show up to your appointment, no call, no show or same day cancellation will result in 100% charge.

You will receives 2 chances and after that you will no longer be accepted as a client. Thank you for your business and understanding!
